His leadership is built on doing the job right the first time and ensuring every system is tested, verified, and compliant before handover.
Teagan brings over 12 years of experience within the safety and compliance space, working closely with operational teams to ensure systems, procedures, and people are aligned. Her background in safety management, risk assessment, and compliance underpins everything BPS delivers. Teagan is driven by a strong belief that safety is not a checkbox but a culture that must be lived every day, on every site, and by every person.
